Deseos Lounge

My family and I came here on 1/15/2023 at 1am. From the start, I was surprised to see we had to pay an entrance fee of $10 per person. After paying for 4 people we go inside and found a pretty slow and lackluster lounge with a handful of people dancing in the back and a few people sitting around the bar. Quite sad for a saturday night/sunday early morning. As we try to make our way past the bar, a man approached us and tells us we can't go inside until we hand in our coats... We walk downstairs and to our surprise, we had to pay 3 dollars per coat. Once we walked up, we tried to sit in a table near the dance floor when a Hispanic man around 5'6ish with short hair and beady eyes approached us and told us in a rude tone that we can't sit unless we buy a bottle. We told him we where just trying to dance and we would buy cocktails at our own pace but he wasn't having it. We decided to leave to another more friendly and less money hungry place. Of course, when we went downstairs to get our coats back, this short, older Hispanic lady decided to try her luck and keep a scarf of ours. We had to point it out to which she handed over with an attitude. May I add that there was no refunds on our entrance fee or their infamous "coat security service"? Very disappointing and quite a scam of a lounge. Save your money and find another place that doesn't charge you for every step you take here.
